Recipes may be original or used from cookbooks, magazines and family recipes. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Cookies may be of any type such as bar, no bake, cut out with decorations, dropped, filled, pressed or stamped, but excludes those requiring refrigeration. Please state on the registration form, from whom or where the recipe originated. Registration deadline is 9pm, December 6th by mail, fax, e-mail or drop off at Erwin Orchards Cider Mill. Forms can be dropped off starting Nov. 23rd, Thurs. - Sun., between the hours of 5-9pm. Entries must be brought in from 5 - 9pm on December 8th. Judging will be on December 9th and results posted at 5pm in the mill (sorry, contestants may not be present). Cookies will be on display in the cider mill thru December 23rd.

1. Recipe (including ingredients) must be typed or carefully printed on 8 1/2 x 11 paper and brought in with the cookies.
2. Furnish name, address and daytime phone number on the back of recipe (one per person).
3. Bring two dozen cookies in a disposable container.
4. Entries must be covered with a clear wrap.
5. Cookies must not need refrigeration and should be ready to eat at the time of arrival.
6. We reserve the right to reprint recipes submitted without further compensation to participant.
